General Support
The primary support person is Steve, and you may contact him via the address listed here.
The km-shell has a built in contact command showing non-public contact details, and in the event of a complete failure he'll be found upon irc.debian.org.
Self-Help Facilities
The following guides should allow you to support yourself sufficiently that you'll never need to get in touch.
- The km-shell
This shell allows you to start, stop, and connect to your running guest.
- Guest kernels
All our KVM guests load their kernels externally from the guests, and here you can find out how to change the kernel your guest is using, or upload your own (along with an optional matching initrd image).
